3 sets - 1min per exercise - 30 sec rest between sets
  1. basketball jumps
  2. mummy kicks
  3. level one drill


    • stand up/plank/8 push ups/plank run/jump up 


  1. Down hill ski jump
  2. Plank with knee to ear
  3. dips
